because my dear Ganjam residents are giving them vote for not doing anything.Mr sidhant mohaptra hardly visited 5 times in his 5 yr tenure,but still people voted him.That why he has taken Berhampur as a grant.wake up guys.Teach those uncaring mla and mps a lesson.
